Operation Iraqi Freedom II

The combat infantryman badge established by the Secretary of War in Section I, war department circular 209, dated October 27, 1943 awarded to infantrymen who demonstrate "exemplary conduct in action against the enemy". This is to acknowledge the following Infantryman has been awarded the Combat Infantryman's Badge for Ground Combat Action in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II.
