Know Ye That LT Matt Shea with carbine and colt having followed the cavalry guidon to the very frontier of the free world and having demonstrated the skill, fitness, dash, discipline and cunning of the United States Cavalry Trooper IS hereby entered onto the rols of The order of the Spur and is awarded a pair of cavalry spurs which will be worn at all formal cavalry formations.
